The couple therapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on helping individuals gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflicts, and improve their communication and connection. The goal is to enhance the overall quality of the relationship and promote a healthier and more satisfying partnership. Couple therapy can address various issues, including communication problems, trust issues, intimacy issues, and other challenges that may be impacting the relationship. It provides a safe and supportive space for couples to explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviours and work towards positive changes.

Family Dispute Resolution

As FDR practitioner, I help families navigate conflicts and reach agreements over divorce, child custody and asset distribution. I will outline a legally binding, enforceable agreement that work the best for everyone involved.

 

FDR process gives you a safe space for clear communication and respectful discussions to find mutually acceptable solutions. The goal is to promote effective communication, understanding, and cooperation among family members in the tough time of divorce/separation.
